What To Expect

Consultation
The process begins with a complimentary consultation. During this call, you'll discuss your home, style preferences, and budget with an interior design team. This is your chance to share your vision and needs. Afterward, you will receive a personalized quote based on your project requirements.

Planning
Following the consultation, your designer will create a cohesive plan for your space. This plan may include curated mood boards, 3D visualizations, or layout suggestions, all tailored to reflect your aesthetic and budget.

Moodboard & Designs
This is the stage where the creative work comes to life. You will be able to visualize how your space will look, with options for colour schemes, styles, and products. You'll also have the opportunity to provide feedback and share your thoughts.

Delivery & Installation
Before finalizing your order, you'll discuss any specific delivery and installation needs. Estimated delivery timelines will be provided, and you'll confirm you are happy before proceeding. Once the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and the contact details for your aftercare support.

Aftercare
The design service includes access to an expert customer care team, and your Interior Designer remains available to you for ongoing support.
