Ordering

Orders can be placed directly on our website and paid for at checkout. For assistance, you can also contact our Customer Support Team who will guide you through your order.

No account is necessary, but creating one makes future shopping faster and easier. Benefits include saved details, order tracking, newsletters, and exclusive discounts.

Payments & Promotions

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. We also offer flexible finance options via Klarna and Clearpay. For more details, visit our Payments & Promotions section.

Payment may be declined for various reasons. Please check your card details, expiry date, card type, and billing address. If problems persist, contact your bank or card issuer. For further assistance, our Customer Support Team can help.

Enter your discount code in the box at checkout and click “Apply.” Only one code can be used per transaction, and codes cannot be applied to sale or outlet items.

We aim to offer competitive prices on all luxury products. If you find an identical item cheaper elsewhere (excluding auction sites), please contact us here, and we will review it. We may decline matches that don’t meet our terms and conditions.

Product Information

Our Outlet Collection includes mostly brand-new products that may have had the box opened. Some items may feature minor surface imperfections, such as small scratches or marks. All Outlet items are quality-checked to ensure functionality and beauty.
Please note Outlet items are excluded from discount codes, and returns are only accepted if the item is not as described. For more information, visit our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Trade Customers

Trade customers are not guaranteed change-of-mind returns. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may incur a restocking fee if approved. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
You are responsible for return costs and the item’s condition until it reaches our warehouse. Use a tracked and insured service, as lost or damaged returns cannot be refunded. Returned items must arrive within 28 days, in resalable condition, in their original packaging, and unassembled. Standard retail terms apply for faulty or damaged goods.

Made-to-Order

Made-to-order and custom-designed products cannot be cancelled and are not eligible for returns, as production begins immediately after your order is placed. For more details, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Assembly

Items requiring assembly come with clear instructions. Please check all parts before starting and inspect for damage or faults, as we cannot refund items incorrectly assembled or damaged during assembly. For advice, contact our Customer Support Team.

Product Information – Materials & Colour

Natural materials vary in colour, texture, and appearance. Distressed, antique, or vintage finishes may include intentional imperfections for an authentic, handcrafted look.
