Entrants to the Promotion are bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
The Promotion is open to residents of England, Scotland, and Wales aged 18 and over.
It excludes employees of Downton Home Furnishings Ltd (“The Promoter”) and anyone professionally connected to the competition.
An entrant may only be entered into the prize draw once.
Data collected via the Promotion will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Timings
The Promotion runs each calendar month, with a winner being selected for every month that the Promotion is live.
Third parties are prohibited from collecting the prize on behalf of the winner.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition end date or withdraw the Promotion at any time.
How to Enter
Entrants must sign up via the competition pop-up or landing page on the Promoter’s website (www.downtonhome.com) or through a Meta lead generation campaign operated by the Promoter.
A valid email address and/or phone number is required to enter.
Prize
1 × £1,000 e-gift card to spend online at Downton Home Furnishings Ltd.
The prize is non-transferable, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value. There is no cash alternative.
Selecting the Winner
1 × winner will be randomly selected within a week of the closing period each month.
The winner will be selected within 30 days of the closing date and contacted via email.
The prize will be issued upon receipt of the winner’s acceptance of the prize.
Should the selected winner not accept their prize within 14 days, a new winner will be drawn.
The Promoter’s decisions regarding all Promotion matters are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify an individual found to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion or acting in any manner deemed to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions, disruptive, or contrary to the spirit of the competition.
By entering this Promotion, you hereby assign to the Promoter, and waive your moral rights in, the complete copyright and all other intellectual property rights whatsoever in your entry and in any promotional and advertising material or similar which arises out of or in connection with this Promotion.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, by any entrant’s participation in the prize draw or from any prize.
The Promoter may, if it intends to do so, use the winner’s information in publicity.
