No account is required. Just enter your details and you'll receive an instant approval decision. Once approved, complete your order as usual.

Klarna offers two flexible payment options at Downton Home:

Pay in 30 days — Receive your order now and pay in full within 30 days. No interest, no fees if you pay on time.

Pay in 3 instalments — Split your order total into 3 equal automatic payments. Your first payment is taken at the time of purchase, with the remaining two payments taken 30 and 60 days later respectively. Always interest free.

Klarna is available across the full Downton Home catalogue including furniture, lighting, home décor, soft furnishings, mirrors, wall art, artificial flowers and outdoor living. Simply add any item to your basket and select Klarna at checkout.

Klarna is available to permanent UK residents aged 18 and over with a UK billing address. Customers with international billing addresses are not eligible. Additional eligibility criteria apply. See Klarna's Terms and Conditions for full details.

For Pay in 3: your order total is split into 3 equal payments. The first is taken at the time of purchase, the second 30 days later, and the third 60 days later. The exact amounts and dates will be confirmed before you complete your purchase. You can manage all your payments by logging into your Klarna account or via the free Klarna app, available on iOS and Android.

For Pay in 30 days: pay nothing now and settle the full amount within 30 days of your order being placed.

If your application is declined it could be for one of the following reasons:

• There may be outstanding payments on a previous Klarna account. Log in to your Klarna account to check.
• You may have missed a required field at checkout — check all your details including your date of birth are entered correctly.
• You may be using a prepaid debit card — switch to a standard debit or credit card.
• Klarna may have assessed your application and declined based on their own criteria — in this case we recommend selecting an alternative payment method or placing an order for a smaller amount.

Returns follow our standard returns process. With Klarna, you only pay for what you keep. Once we process your return, Klarna will update your payment plan accordingly. If you have an upcoming payment, you can relax — if there are any delays in us registering your return, Klarna will issue a new payment date. Any payments already made will be refunded to your original payment card.

Please continue making all scheduled payments until your return has been received and processed by Downton Home. You can manage everything via your Klarna account.
