In matt black with smoked glass, Rakel is sleek, contemporary and quietly dramatic. The black finish sharpens the lines of this floor lamp, while the tinted glass softens the light into a hazy, flattering glow that feels intimate in the evening. Unlit, the glass still gives a subtle reflective depth that stops the design feeling flat.
Standing 160 cm tall on a 45 x 28 cm footprint, it suits a living room corner, the end of a sofa or a bedroom where atmospheric light matters more than brightness. It takes one E27 bulb up to 25 W (not included) and is fitted with a UK plug. Pair it with charcoal and ink-blue walls, velvet upholstery, walnut and brushed brass, or with the matching Rakel table lamp in matt black.
