Bisho pairs a clear glass shade with a slender cream stem that arches gently over to hold it. The clear glass lets light travel freely and sparkle at the edges, while the soft cream finish keeps the silhouette light and calm, so the lamp feels both bright and restful. Even the cable is cream, keeping the whole design tonal and considered.

Standing 160 cm high with a 47 x 28 cm footprint, it suits a living room corner, a bedroom or a landing where it can be admired from several angles. It takes one E27 bulb of up to 25 W (sold separately); a warm, low-output bulb best suits the soft character of the lamp. A UK plug is fitted. Pair it with ivory upholstery, pale oak and brushed brass for a light, refined scheme.
