Nicolo is a floor lamp base in wood with a matt brown finish, its warm mid-tone and softly visible grain giving it a comfortable, unfussy character. The round Ø30 cm form is simple and well proportioned, and at 7.9 kg the lamp feels substantial and steady – a quietly well-made foundation for whichever shade you choose.

At 130 cm tall, it is a good height for lighting a reading chair, a sofa end or a desk corner. Matt brown wood works with a wide range of palettes, from cream and sage to rust and charcoal, and sits happily among leather, wool and woven textures. The shade is sold separately. It is made for one E27 bulb of up to 40 W (not included) and is fitted with a UK plug.
