The tallest of the Alarios pillars, this Ø35 x 100 cm column brings genuine height to a display. Formed in metal and finished in antique bronze, its surface has a mellow, burnished character that catches the light gently along the curve. Nothing distracts from the form: just a clean cylinder with a calm, classical bearing. The slightly wider base gives the taller column a well-balanced, settled stance.
A metre-high plinth sets a bust, a large urn or a cascading plant at a confident level, which makes it useful for anchoring a stairwell, the far end of a long room or a bay window. Team it with the shorter Ø30 cm sizes for a staggered trio, or let a single pillar balance a tall bookcase or doorway on the opposite wall.
