In matt black, Rakel takes on a sharper, more graphic personality. The smoked glass still gives a warm, tinted glow, but the black metal frames it with a crisp, contemporary edge that feels at home in urban apartments and monochrome schemes. The matt surface keeps the lamp understated, letting the glass take centre stage.
At 28 x 17 cm and 50.5 cm high, it fits neatly onto a desk, a bedside or a slim console table. One E14 bulb up to 25 W lights it, and a UK plug is supplied. Choose a clear filament bulb to show off the smoked glass, and pair it with the matt black Rakel floor lamp to carry the look across a living room.
