The taller of the nickel Surin lamps stands 40 cm high, giving its shiny nickel finish a little more height to show off. The polished metal reflects its surroundings with a cool, silvery gleam, so the lamp reads as bright and fresh in a room, picking up daylight as readily as lamplight in the evening.
With a Ø23 cm footprint, it fits on most bedside tables, desks and side tables, and at 2.1 kg it feels solid and steady. It is made for one E27 bulb of up to 25 W and is supplied with a UK plug. Combine it with the smaller 34 cm Surin for a staggered pair, or set it against charcoal, navy or deep green walls for crisp contrast.
