The larger Merel rises to 45 cm with a broader Ø29.5 cm footprint, giving its antique bronze finish a more generous canvas. The metal has a deep, burnished character with subtle variation in tone, the sort of finish that catches lamplight from neighbouring sources and glows softly even when the lamp itself is off.
It is sized for a sofa-side table, a sideboard or a wide bedside in a larger bedroom. One E27 bulb up to 40 W provides a warm, welcoming light, and a UK plug is supplied. The bronze tone sits beautifully with ink blue walls, dark wood and cream bouclé, and can be paired with the smaller Merel for a layered arrangement on a long surface. Choose a warm white bulb.
